Double stacking cone
(also called ISO container double stacking cone or double round cup stacking
cone) is used to connect 2 containers when stacking containers. It is often
applied in the corner fitting of containers for the counterpoint of container
or applied between container to ship and limiting the movement of direction.
Double stacking cones
have been developed as tight-fitting units that can be installed when
containers are positioned right next to each other and a zero tolerance or gap
is required. Thus, it is offering an increased positive engagement. This is
because the section of the cone that slides into the corner casting provides
additional peace of mind that the top container will not move while stacked in
adverse weather conditions.
Double stacking cones
have two types in ISO-dimensions and commonly used as 279 mm center distance.
Other center to center distances options is available on request.
Attention: Stacking cones do not lock containers
together.
